Only attach the label you received by email from KIBA to the bottle/can when packaging your beer. And cover it with adhesive tape to avoid damaging the surface of the label. Beer not labeled on the bottle/can will not be judged.
Individually wrap each bottle with bubble wrap. Place each bottle upright in the appropriate box. Fill in the empty space with safe packaging material and pack with refrigerant if necessary. Mark "Fragile"/"This side up" on the top of box. KIBA organizer takes no responsibility for any damage during shipping. Coolers, or other special containers will not be returned.
Competition entries must be delivered at the designated KIBA official storage, by Apr. 2nd, 2025. Detailed shipping information will be emailed to participating breweries after the beer registration process is completed. Late entries will not be judged.
